Kim of Wards has been part of my life for almost a year now, she is amazing. Her commitment, strength of Character and attitude to her job is unbelievable. She has chipped away continuously at matters to achieve the end goal of a particularly problematic sale of my flat.Also, over that period, she has given me regular updates and has gone a step further by ringing me intermittently to assure me that she was still on my sale giving me reassurance that I had not been forgotten. The experience have been a very good one from start to finish; Although, the process wasn't easy, but the staffs involved with our mortgage were excellent. The support given to us was unbelievable and this aid to the successful sales of our property. Georgina Gray and her team, whom is our mortgage broker was very good and highly experience. She worked tiredly to secure our mortgage. She was great throughout the process of our application and simple the best. Kim Batchelor was very supportive, approachable, she constantly re-assured us and update us on the progress of both the sales of our property as well as checking on the progress of our mortgage application. Again, Gary Snedden and all the staffs especially at Gillingham and Rehainam branch thank you very much for your help and support.

Please stay away from this agency

Please stay away from this agency. I signed a joint contract with an ex partner and when things ended, I contacted Wards to remove my name. They said this was impossible as it was a joint contract and I needed to wait till the end of the tenancy agreement which I did. However, once it got to the end of the tenancy, Wards told me on several occasions they were in the process of removing my name. It has now been a year and my name is still on the tenancy agreement. Due to this, I am receiving emails and calls from contractors including Wards regarding information on the flat.On top of all of this, I have been chasing up a deposit which has just been a nightmare. Please stay away from this agency!!!

Unable to give no stars

Unable to give no stars? Yes they’ll sell your house but because you’ll have had enough of selling and them that you’ll give your house away just to make the experience stop! It starts by being assured what they’ll do for you and that they’ll be giving you the premium service that they are charging you for, you’ll also have to join via an extra charge that gets you preferential service from their solicitor which whilst at the moment is good it isn’t cheap as they make it seem in the glossy pamphlet! You won’t see or hear from that particular guy that has promised you this service and when you request a call and to update their very poor advert in Rightmove you’ll get one of their underlings who will fob you off with their arrogance! The final straw come when their “Progressor” who was labelled a “pit bull” when it comes to her determination will email you moaning about her workload and that basically she doesn’t currently care about your case until it gets to the very final hurdles (have to assume that but as we’re not there and unlikely to?). Subsequent emails have been ignored? So save your hard earned money and find another cheaper way to advertise on Rightmove because that’s all I feel I’ve paid for? Subsequent review to follow if they pull their socks up or we sack it all off??

Rented flat Olympia Way from a great agent, but regrettable 2nd year with place kept immaculate and rent always paid in advance, Wards took over the rental. Encouraged owner to raise rent and gave us notice...never returned calls, emails replied late, left us with a dodgy washer/dryer for 6 months and boiler therefore a huge bill.....they refused to help and are basically a shower. Now moved to a much superior place through a great agency...would never rent from wards again. Many people had problems on Olympia Way with Wards. A shame they are letting their sales side down to such an extent!
