GoogleUnpleasant and rude, do not treat their student clientbase as adults. Very condescending. Avoid unless you want an unpleasant experience. Slow to respond to complaints but quick to find faults and charge you if need be.

GoogleVery professional company. Being an international student they took the time to show me Lots of houses and explained the contract to me properly. They also helped me with lots of other practical stuff.

GoogleHesitant to even give 1 star rating. Had a multitude of issues with student places during university. Customer service was awful and were made to feel as if we were the problem. Would not recommend.
