TrustpilotBAD PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Watch out from this property management. They steal your money and they don’t do anything. I have a roof leak reported several times for a year and they just don’t care. People leave shoes and personal belongings in common areas which is forbidden for fire hazards, and they don’t do anything. Very bad.

They will not necessarily get you the best price if you are using them to sell, but they will rather sell to their ''favoured'' buyer. If you are a buyer they may or may not pass your offers through to the vendor.

Great experience. A very personalised service . Sold house with 6 weeks when a previous agent was able to find us a buyer. Agents easy to access and we were pleased that they personally dealt with the sale rather than delegating roles to office staff. Would recommend.

GoogleThey don't answer the phone . When they eventually did we asked for the size of a garden which they didn't have the answer too .We eventually received a text message with the plot size ,not the garden size . Very unprofessional for a high end agent.

DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!Shockingly bad company. They do not give pence for the tenants, and what an acceptably rentable property should be. Standards do not exist as far as they're concerned. The Banchory office is the worst, and cut costs for the sake of simple safety and liveable standards.
