Myself and my fiancé have had a great experience from the whole team at Sally Hatcher Estates, communication being the strongest point for us, from start to finish, all other estate agents didn’t even bother getting in contact with us or helping when we had 2 weeks off work to complete viewings, Sally Hatcher Estates replied and assisted us in a matter of minutes, replied fast via email, was helpful on the phone and even came out so I could take a picture of washing machine connections in our new home. Honestly 5 star friendly service and helpfulness. They’re so far ahead of all other estate agents we dealt with and we dealt with a lot and tried getting communication from. Well done guys and thank you!

DEAN THE SHINING STAR!

Used this letting agency in 2020 and they were so good, especially with COVID going on. Dean was a shining star and made the experience pleasant from start to finish. He was very prompt replying to emails and it was nice to have a letting agent that was so nice and always willing to fight our corner if necessary. I cannot recommend Sally Hatcher's Estate enough, we have spent a fantastic 4 and half years as tenants. If we ever had any questions or repairs they were always dealt with in a timely manner, we were able to live in the house comfortable and use it as a family home. I'm very happy with the service. Sally, Dean and John were all very helpful every time I spoke to them. I had some difficulty finding a property as I have been living and working abroad for many years, so the landlord reference was difficult to obtain. Sally Hatcher were very sympathetic and understanding about this situation and they helped me to find a solution around it. Most, but not all, other estate agents just don't give a damn about such things. I've learnt that the estate agent themselves can be just as important as the property. From my experience this estate agent are great and have nice properties. Would definitely use them again in the future!

Excellent, very quick response times and procured a property that was actually larger than photos suggested. Disliked the mobile app needed to use but being able to get from a veiwing either a move in a week, or the preferable month and a week was very smooth. Local, comfortable company and the type of company you want helping you out with moving situations being quite stressful and sudden.

We purchased our first ever home and during the process we encountered many obstacles. Ben from Sally Hatcher Estates was there for us on every step to support us, to chase up the case but mostly to solve problems. If not him probably we wouldn’t succeed in purchasing the property.
