She was really friendly and attentive, and was able to answer all of our questions! GoogleThe agents showing potential buyers around our home were friendly and attentive, we were responded to quickly whenever we called for a status update, when we had a buyer pull out on us our agent already had a reserve list of interested parties to contact (meaning that we were sold again within a week), and our sales progressor was attentive throughout the process. We really felt as though the team at Miles & Barr Canterbury had our best interests at heart, and were rooting for us throughout our sale. Thank you!

GoogleOur house has only been on the market for just over a week and we’ve already had far more viewings than we had originally anticipated. This is due to Miles and Barr’s excellent presentation and promotion of the property. We’ve also been delighted with Emily and Brooke who have hosted the majority of clients viewing the house. They are both highly professional, courteous and friendly, both to us but also of course to the viewing clients. They fully understand the property and are able to answer client questions but will defer to us as vendors when we have been asked questions about the property or have contributions to make. The excellent teamwork between estate agent and vendor works very well and best promotes the opportunity to sell the house. In conclusion, we have been delighted with the complete service provided by Miles and Barr.

Rang to view property and found Hannah to be extremely rude and have a terrible attitude. It seems basic manners are to much to hope for, what a terrible representation Hannah is for this estate agent, perhaps she is in the wrong job.

GooglePoor service from the maintenance team. Excessive time to get items repaired or replaced. For example,it took nearly half a year for a faulty hub being replaced. We are now left with a huge hole in the wall waiting for a toilet to get fixed.
