Absolutly apauling. Don't trust a word miles and bar say.Badly advised into I am sold auction through them. Told it would achieve over the asking price. They'll be 20 bidder. Miles and bar and Auctioneers lied . Didn't even get to auction just insulting offers and pressure to accept. Cancelled after it was a flop. But auctioneer and miles and bar arguing as to who's fault it was that it rolled into another month. But no resolution. Then recieved terms of cancellation. I can't believe these are legal. If viewer or ancestor , girl friends boyfriends or distant relative try to buy within 12 months they will rip seller off for 4.25% of the value sold. But privacy laws mean there is no posible way to check if a buyer falls into there terms.

GoogleOnly one word can describe how I have been treated at Miles and Barr. Shocking!!! Not only have I learnt that they didn’t even put one of my offers forward on a property, they also never gave me a chance to increase my offer, and told me the client has accepted another offer. Just Lies upon Lies, don’t trust a word they say!!!

GoogleLynette from Miles & Barr has been an absolute superstar, shuttling me around to viewings and giving loads of great advice on areas as I’m new to town. She has shown me some wonderful places that I hope to make a move on soon and has her finger on the pulse of everything. Plus she’s a really good laugh (or at least puts up with my bad jokes). I’ve had a great experience!

We found Graham to be totally professional, and our tour of the property with him was a very very impressive experience. We want to buy the property he showed us, and, this, in no small way, is due to Graham himself. We love the property, and his expertise really was the icing on the cake.

I strongly advise against using Miles & Barr. As a landlord, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The communication regarding my tenant's arrears was sorely lacking, and I only received the necessary information after persistently pursuing the matter myself.Furthermore, their email correspondence has been consistently unprofessional and discourteous. The overall attitude displayed by the company gives the impression that they have no genuine concern for their clients' businesses. I would recommend seeking alternative property management services to avoid such a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience.
