Excellent service from Giuseppe and the team at Miles and Barr Ramsgate. Sold my house within 2 months and was all so helpful and very accommodating. They was all very professional and friendly too. BEWARE- DO NOT USE. The only agent that charge the seller for photos. Before the house went live I was approx £400 out of pocket. Agreed to 12 weeks which suddenly changed to 20 weeks. The sales adviser left so M&B couldn’t confirm the agreed duration. The property was shelved. Not one person viewed in 20 weeks. Only communication was to ask us to reduce the price. It just wasn’t working. I asked to go multiple agents M&B refused outright. I asked to reduce the length of the contract which was also refused. I’m very confused why they still wanted the house on the books. I hoped the manager of the ramsgate branch would be sympathetic but no just rude. I finally went to the head office. This was a waste of time. Still not allowed to reduce the contract length. Miles & Barr are not the company they once were. The reviews clearly tell the story in black and white. I will never use them again. What a waste of 20 weeks.

Terrible people. Very unprofessional. Use of avoidance tactics. Don’t reply to messages & overprice the properties. I guess if they do sell larger commission onto of all the other extras in v small print. Ask them why they don’t publish photos of their reps. Some would say they are buying their own properties. Please do your due diligence before you chose to use these charletons.

Firstly Max always professional and on time and would fit in as many properties as he could. Also Rhian was very helpful and kept us upto date with everything and rang when she said she would. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend.

Anna was simply fantastic! I was told the viewings on the property we wanted were full but Anna stayed late and I was able to view the property at last. With property in such demand I didn’t hold out much hope but our application was accepted and we move in today!

Miles & Barr have been my letting agent for the last 3 properties I have rented.. they've been great.. have always gone over and above to help me find new properties to rent.. and if there has been a maintenence problem at my home they've always been responsive and liased with my landlord appropriately. I have a property check every 6 months which is abit more often than most letting agents, but they are always flexible when arranging it around my work hours. Absolutely recommended 10/10
