Miles and Barr didn’t sell our property, but we did buy a property marketed by them. Their service was excellent especially Louise the sales progressor, who kept me updated throughout the process. There were a number of issues in the final week before completion. Louise did an exceptional job keeping me in the loop with updates regarding the exchange and sending emails to all parties involved in the transaction. Louise is a credit to your team

Would never use them again, horrible communication, attitude and service. Incompetent throughout. Information was never passed to us and had to chase on multiple occasions, culminating in sellers refusing to hand over keys whilst Miles and Barr staff watched on despite calling us earlier that day to hand the keys over advising which we weren't the legal owners which was odd as our keys were handed in minutes later. After handing our keys in to them they simply watched a seller refuse to pass us keys after funds had cleared and hour earlier. Ridiculous company no backbone.

GoogleSeven years ago, MIles & Barr were the selling agents for our present home. We found them to be honest and fair and that's why we approached them to act as our agents when the 'Seven Year Itch' started scratching. And Wow! they found our buyer within a week of listing our home. We must say that we found every team member involved at each step of the process to be proactive and knowledgeable. In a nutshell, they are very tidy & efficient Agents and I give them 10/10 for communication, professionalism, teamwork and cheerfulness.

GoogleMy sale wasn't the most straightforward....due to complications with the purchasers solicitor, and the process took 6 months. This was at no fault of k allan and susie was absolutely amazing throughout the whole drawn out process, nothing seemed a stress, always great communication and just a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend!

The worst estate agents I have ever come across. Be VERY careful if you intend to use a member of their solicitors panel they will charge you £150 to simply instruct a solicitor of their choice, the solicitors' charges will in no way be competitive and they will charge you and additional £60 to complete a money laundering ID check which will then not be recognised by their solicitors and therefore will be required to be carried out a second time...... BEWARE!!

Miles & Barr is an impressive estate agent operated by a fantastic, efficient and friendly team. Everyone involved in our sale had excellent customer service and nothing was too much trouble. This was especially important for me as I was selling my elderly mother’s home from 300 miles away. I could not have managed this without the assistance from the sales coordinator from the Cliftonville office. She did a superb job of chasing all involved from post offer to the day of completion.
