I used Miles and Barr as the company are local to the property i was selling. My initial contact and interactions with Ryan of the Westgate branch were excellent and he was able to answer all my questions or find an answer. I felt valued as a client. This continued through my sale and the help of Debbie Mead. Excellent. She answered ALL my emails and phone calls and was able to help with interactions between the buyer and Myself and Solicitor. Debbie was robust at problem solving and i don’t think the sale would have been as smooth if it wasn’t for her and her work behind the scenes. I would recommend the company and staff above highly.

I was in quite a long chain which resulted in a fraught and very stressful journey but Louise my Sales Negotiator worked tirelessly to get my sale over the line and I finally moved into my new property in December 2023. There were times when I thought about giving up but Louise was always there with a reassuring calmness and she was very dedicated and professional and a credit to Miles & Barr and I cannot recommend her high enough

House purchases are ALWAYS stressful but especially so when your mortgage offer is expiring and the solicitors are incompetent however... Lisa Cook from Miles and Barr has been by far THE most helpful person I've had the pleasure of dealing with in the entire process and quite honestly without Lisa's patience, understanding and wealth of knowledge I may have genuinely lost the plot by now. Thank you Lisa for keeping me calm, keeping me composed, and keeping me updated and guiding me in the best possible way to enable a quick, seamless and successful house sale and purchase. We contacted someone at the company and arranged a viewing. Only to be told that this person had decided they weren´t able to show us around. Rather than inform us that someone else was taking up our request they transfered us onto someone else who then tried to cancel the viewing.

At Miles & Barr Deal, Luke Payne and the team have provided spot on customer service and advice from day 1. Professional and knowledgeable, Luke has also shown care for our situation. Ella Doncaster has worked efficiently to assist us through the admin process and get the house marketed quickly, nothing has been too much trouble with any changes requested. Was very happy with miles and Barr the team are all very happy and friendly nothing was to much trouble I sold my house in 3weeks a big shout out to Louise Daly she has been brilliant even when we hit problems with the buyers solicitor she kept me informed at all times by text e mail or phone nothing has been to much trouble she worked so hard liaising between the buyers solicitor and mine it has been a long 6 months but have got there I move on Monday 15th Thankyou Louise you are a credit to miles and Barr and a really lovely person

We chose Miles and Barr because they were competitive. Our early experience was poor to begin with. However, a lot changed once Ben king and Louise Daly became involved. Mr king was resourceful and dependable in his communications as well as problem resolution. Louise Daly basically managed the bulk of the process which was fraught with difficulties due to the slowness of other firm’s employees. She was proactive and skilled in motivating colleagues from other companies to keep pace. My wife and I agreed that without her input this deal would not have been completed before Xmas. Louise was completely reliable, honest and efficient. We would have despaired had she not been holding every thing together.We can’t speak highly enough of her professionalism though I’m sure she’d say I’m just doing my job.Thank youTony and Jo.

We recently moved into our new property after a long, tiring and stressful process. I can honestly say that without Rebecca Gravener from the Herne Bay branch, I don't believe we would have made it into our new home before Christmas. Throughout the entire process Rebecca kept us informed, was upbeat and oh so helpful. Eternally grateful to Rebecca for her help, constant pushing and following up. I believe that Rebecca is one of the best assets Miles & Barr have!

Moving home is always a pressured experience especially when you are selling and buying out of Kent.I want to commend Shelley Webster she was a life line through out the process for me.She is incredibly knowledgeable, consistently professional with superb communication skills. I was aware of where I was in the process at all times. I was also impressed with Jade Gunn who initially assessed my property. My Sales Progression contact, Emily Stickler was professional, trustworthy and personable, I always felt we were on the same team. I love my new home. I am eternly grateful for the platinum level service I received as a buyer.Emily was the epitome of professionalism, courteous, trustworthy and reliable. She always made me feel like we were on the same team to get to exchange. I never *ever* want to move again - it's always a bit stressful, even when you're with A team estate agents, but if I ever have to move, I know who to trust.

There were a number of issues in the final week before completion. GoogleSeven years ago, MIles & Barr were the selling agents for our present home. We found them to be honest and fair and that's why we approached them to act as our agents when the 'Seven Year Itch' started scratching. And Wow! they found our buyer within a week of listing our home. We must say that we found every team member involved at each step of the process to be proactive and knowledgeable. In a nutshell, they are very tidy & efficient Agents and I give them 10/10 for communication, professionalism, teamwork and cheerfulness.

Would never use them again, horrible communication, attitude and service. Incompetent throughout. Information was never passed to us and had to chase on multiple occasions, culminating in sellers refusing to hand over keys whilst Miles and Barr staff watched on despite calling us earlier that day to hand the keys over advising which we weren't the legal owners which was odd as our keys were handed in minutes later. After handing our keys in to them they simply watched a seller refuse to pass us keys after funds had cleared and hour earlier. Ridiculous company no backbone.
