This is my first time renting, and Martin & Co is the agency I’ve been working with. At the beginning, I experienced some miscommunication with the team, mainly because when I moved in, there were several things in the property that needed fixing, including machines, flooring, and general wear and tear. Unfortunately, the previous tenant hadn’t reported these issues, which made things feel overwhelming for me as a first-time, sole tenant.
I was quite anxious, worrying I might be stuck in a property that wasn’t in its best condition, and with limited experience, it was difficult to know how to manage the repairs on my own.
However, everything improved once Kirsty Stevens became my main point of contact. She has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and, most importantly, empathetic. Every time I reported a maintenance issue, she handled it promptly and made me feel supported throughout the process.
Thanks to her professionalism and understanding, the experience has become much more positive :)
