I have been letting my property through Martin and Co in Canterbury. Angela , Dean , Will and Rachel have been superb. They are very helpful in appraising the rental value - they have always found suitable tenants. They are easy to talk to and very professional in their approach. I have used other letting agents in Canterbury. However, I have no intention of leaving Martin and Co.

The whole team are helpful, professional and efficient. I've used several managing agents over the past 18 years, and the team at Martin & Co are by far the best. Caitlin in particular has been absolutely brilliant at overseeing recent check out, organising works (obtaining quotes from good but reasonably priced contractors) and generally ensuring the property is ready for re-letting in a very timely fashion. Highly recommend Martin & Co, Canterbury.

I have always found the whole team extremely cooperative and they respond speedily to any requests. They keep a tight hold over any maintenance issues which arise and arrange contractors to resolve problems on a timely basis. They have a regular stream of students viewing the properties and follow up the applications received to ensure Tenancy Agreements are put into place as soon as possible.
