Hi Will, apologises for the error yesterday. It has become clear this morning that someone who had cancelled a viewing turned up just before your time slot because they had changed their mind at the last minute. Because I had the 2 viewings on my diary the assumption was made that the 2nd viewer was yourselves. This was a genuine mistake and I personally apologise for the flaw.
