Showed interest in a property
I Was told the property needed to be refurbished so wasnt able to view.
I was promised a call back to arrange a viewing when the property was ready.
I heard nothing so called today to be told its been let. Not a very nice thing to do. Won't let me reply Ben to your msg. Why was the flat advertised on rightmove then for everyone to view if landlord put family friend in there. If your completely honest there was a lack of communication. Also a courtesy call would have been nice as the letting agent knew my circumstances. No definitely won't be using keable lettings

Hi Wayne, unfortunately the landlord on this one has moved in a family friend who will be doing the renorvation work himself. This was taken out of our hands. If you want to give the office a call we would be happy to show you anything else we have available.

GoogleWe rented a property from Keable Homes on a short 6 month tenancy, Initial viewing was great & very informative & approachable.
Checks & paperwork completed quickly & we were in, only had to call up on them once as the extractor fan in bathroom stopped working & they sent an electrician before the end of the day!
We were very happy with them as a letting agent & would have happily of continued our tenancy if it wasn't for our personal circumstances & we needed to move.
