Absolutely disgusted to hear that this company has taken advantage of a local charity supporting vulnerable women, totally misled them and refused to rectify the situation or return the money which they’ve taken. Would not recommend at all. 😡
Dear Kelly-Louise, Thank you for your feedback, which we believe to be in response to a recent social media post. For clarity, we would like to highlight that this is connected to the letting of a commercial retail premises, rather than a domestic dwelling; our Newcastle under Lyme branch are in no way connected to this transaction. We regret that the tenant doesn’t feel the property is fit for purpose. We are working with the tenant and the landlord to come to a solution but as the contract is signed the decision rests with the landlord. Unfortunately, due to Government imposed restrictions, we were unable to offer an in-person viewing and sent the tenant a short video of the property which was recorded prior to lockdown. The tenant ultimately made the decision to sign the lease, having had the time and opportunity to have this reviewed, and paid the rent for the first year in its entirety in advance; this was not a requisite of the letting but rather a decision made by the tenant. It's an unfortunate situation and we’ll continue to work with both sides in an attempt to come to a satisfactory outcome.bjb Commercial team.

I had a home buyers report done by Butters John Bee.Lots of problems I have found out when moved in none of the issues mentioned in report.Wont walk on pavement to see side of house will just put can’t see.Had to have roof done shortly after moving in they didn’t pick up ridge tiles falling off and Dry verges had nails in which they shouldn’t.Had to have these replaced loads of money !!!

It would have been easier to build the house from scratch than buy this one. Everything that could go wrong did! Throughout it all Diane ensured that everyone was kept up to date with what was happening and followed up on every email i sent straight away. Butters John Bee have been exploiting the COVID situation to deceive a charity into letting a property not fit for purpose. Avoid at all costs, they are unscrupulous and will take your money without a second thought.
