GoogleTotally agree with the below review made an offer on a property monday the lady was quite blunt with me about it and had to chase them constantly throughout the week to see what was going on as hadn't heard anything they said was waiting for solicitors but then another person said they had been too busy! When we went to view it 2 days before the agent didnt know anything about the property and was a few minutes late to show us around! We couldn't make a offer till Monday as they close early on a Saturday. Few days later finally someone called saying they had other offers so wanted us to offer more I said well what were the other offers said couldn't discuss so how the hell can you offer more?! Just before they closed they called saying they accepted another offer I said oh how much was it accepted for, again cannot discuss! And to top it off emailed to confirm on a letter that an offer was accepted and spelt our names wrong!!! Appauling customer service.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
