Absolute embarrassment to the industry *Dont listen to instructions from the client, takes 3 weeks to respond to an e-mail (after daily phone calls), is never in the office and it would seem that he is generally "the only personal that can help".
The service was far superior before Belvoir got involved, but now Richard Price has left they may as well close up shop - the service is diabolical.
Even dis-instructing them to manage my property wasn't accepted the first time and only after numerous requests did they finally accept the notice.
Keep well away especially if they try charging 12% management fees!!!
