Sam huskisson is an absolute star. I was selling due to a sudden bereavement. He came to the house to value and was so professional and reassuring. When he came back to do the photos he was lovely. Although we didn't use Belvoir to sell our house (only purchase our new one), we really wish we had have done! The staff at Belvoir, especially Heidi and Lewis, were phenomenal! They were so friendly and really couldn't have done enough for you. We relied on them more than we did our own estate agents because they were always on the ball and able to give us updates and chase solicitors etc. Would 100% recommend!

Everything was done efficiently and sensitively as it was my mum's family home. I would certainly recommend them their valuation was fair fees very very competitive and communication was excellent. His professionalism, unwavering support, and particularly his assistance to our first-time buyer, enabled us to complete the transaction more expeditiously than anticipated. Liam was always available to respond promptly to our inquiries, demonstrating a commitment to resolving any concerns efficiently. We can’t praise Liam enough for the work he did on this sale. 10/10 We insisted that Liam work on this sale for us because we were unable to collaborate with Heidi due to her ineffectiveness in handling fundamental tasks. Consequently, we lost our initial sale, which ultimately fell through because she failed to exercise the necessary diligence and attention in ensuring the successful completion of the first sale.

My Wife and I dealt with Heidi and Liam and both possessed the skill to make us feel supported in an almost 'old trusted friend' way. My partner and I tried to sell our house via a different main Cannock agent, the we accepted offers on the property numerous times, but the agent did very little to progress the sales. They never progressed any of the accepted offers to survey, keeping us waiting for weeks with the house off the market. The sales fell through 4 times over the course of 6 months, with the property barely being on the market during that time. We switched to Belvoir, and wow, what a difference! Within a week we had 3 offers of asking price, and progressed to best and final offers. We accepted an offer over the asking price, and that sale progressed to completion. We were kept regularly updated, with e-mail updates on a near daily basis towards the end. I would highly recommend the sales team at Belvoir!

I have recently moved into a 1 bedroom flat via belvoir sales and the Expericance with the staff are amazing , they was more than happy to help me with what ever I needed! If I had any questions they would be there straight away to help me with them. I moved in with flying colours and there was no problem at all! The gentleman named Will was perfect he shown me around the flat before I moved in with a very polite attitude, he did everything for me that needed doing . This was a great expericance and I will be using these if I ever move again. I highly recommend going through this company!!!!

If I could leave a zero review then I would, absolutely disgusting experience with Penny Watson who is at the cannock office. Penny has sent emails to my daughter trying to state she is still liable for all bills at her previous address until a new tenant takes over! She also stated that my daughter can not have her deposit back until a new tenant takes over! She said my daughter was liable for damage to the door of the property because she knew the name of the person that did the damage yet my daughter was away on holiday at the time of the incident! The woman has no knowledge of the job she is doing, she has no knowledge of the lettings law! Please avoid using this company for private lettings at all costs!! On the plus side the chaps at the wednesbury office are very polite and helpful 👍

I can not recommend Belvoir enough. We had been on the market for 7 months with another agent and had one sale fall through due to our Buyer not actually having the funding in place we only found this out 3 months into the process and had to collapse an entire chain. We decided to try another agent and went with Belvoir after seeing some reviews online the sales team right from the start were brilliant, particular shout out to the incredible Katy Nicholls and Lewis who secured us the best offer from a serious buyer even offering their professional advice when we received more than one offer as to who was the best buyer to go with. Once we agreed a deal we were handed over to the incredible Heidi in after sales. Heidi really is a credit to Belvoir, we had buyers who hadn’t much experience and needed a lot of encouragement to get the sale to go through. Communication to me was excellent and I am someone who needs a lot of communication and I was never made to feel like I was a pain (even when I probably was!) I wish you all the success you kept me sane in a very difficult time to buy and sell a home.
