Really impressed with the service provided by everybody at Bairstow and could not recommend them enough. They made quite a lengthy sale and purchase very easy for us and we can't thank them enough. They are all very professional, friendly and easy to work with. The most important thing is they keep you informed, in the loop and get back to you very quickly when you have questions or queries. I have recently bought my first house. As a first time buyer I didn't really know what to expect. After meeting with Emma-Jayne, she went though the viewing and everything else with me. Always happy to take a call an answer questions when needed no matter how small. Gave good honest advice and was a pleasure to deal with. Credit to Bairstow Eaves and would happily use again to sell/buy a new property. Was a very easy process as I used their solicitors as well and everything is 99% online. Less hassle and no stress. Thank you for a lovely experience.

We moved into our new home in December and found Bairstow Eves in Cannock to be a great estate agent. Kerry (Branch Manager) handled our sale and purchase keeping us updated at every stage. She also was invaluable in pushing solicitors at all stages. Since moving in we have had a number of snagging issues with our new build property but Kerry has continued to support us with communications to the developer which we are very grateful for. We have no hesitation in recommending Bairstow Eves, Cannock.

I ended up using Bairstow Eves purely through chance, and how lucky was I that I did. Every single person in that office are friendly and helpful. Never once did any of my many, many enquiries, questions or desperate calls go unresolved. Initially, I had the pleasure of Kerry's help and reassurance, and I needed it! I thought the world was falling apart when she wasn't go to be in the office, but Jack stepped in and filled her shoes, and then some! I'm fairly confident no man has ever worked so hard to coordinate, cajole and kick start everyone involved to get a house sale through. Jack, you are brilliant, amazing, wonderful, beautiful and quite clearly cannot be a mere human to pull off your miracles. I will never forget the work that was put in it selling my house, or how my sanity was pulled back from the brink so many times. Thank you

We recently visited Simon to discuss our mortgage options as our bank were no help. Simon opened a world of remortgage possibilities to us we didn't know were possible. We set Simon off on the task of remortgage very, very happily but then we fell in love with a house and decided to sell and buy. Simon put in a lot of work into our remortgage and laughed with us about the change of mortgage direction. Regardless of the huge amount of work Simon did for us, nothing was too much for Simon and we loved his friendly approachable style and would truly recommend. Simon really has been on the journey with us and we look forward to seeing him again in 5 years time for a new deal.
