I needed a flat for my cameraman, so I contacted the agency, and Charlotte immediately arranged a viewing. She was incredibly efficient, after the viewing, she asked me to wait for a moment, contacted the landlord, added me to the system for checks, and even got my application fast-tracked with the checking company. In just 80 minutes, I walked out with a signed agreement and a flat for my cameraman. This is exactly how estate agents should operate. Charlotte is a credit to the firm and puts other agencies to shame with her professionalism and speed. Highly recommend!
