Jaz Kerry and the team have been superb from the time of us agreeing to use Bairstow Eves to sell our property. They have kept us informed throughout the process and have gone above and beyond in helping us to solve any issues. What has stood out is the personal touch and the knowledge they had about our sale. Never did we feel we were too much trouble and where we did have problems they showed empathy to our position and supported us in getting to a resolution. I would certainly recommend to anybody looking to sell or buy a property that you speak to this team before making a final decision.

Not enough stars to rate the Cannock team for this. From the initial contact, viewing and purchase process Kerry, Brandon and Jaz helped no end with understanding, compassion and competent advice throughout. Not all went smoothly with legal teams on my partners side but with the teams positive and upbeat attitude we finally made it through to completion. I don't have a criticism at all, Kerry and the team were professional happy to help or just to listen. Only think left is to make some new memories.

Can't thank Bairstow Eves Cannock Branch enough for the help and support they provided me and my husband to sell our property. We nearly decided not to sell but Kerry listened and gave us time and good advice where as other agents didn't seen interested. Jack came out to see us and value our home, he was very professional but not pushy (which was nice) and made everything seamless and straight forward. He was easy to talk to and made the process feel less daunting (especially during Covid times)We were happy with the valuation and decided to try the market. The professional photos/videos were fab and showed our home off at its best. Emma, Kerry and Kate kept us on track with arranging all the viewings as we had more interest than we ever expected. Emma did a grand job with sorting out all the offers and supported us to make the right decision. Jack recommended mortgage adviser and Countrywide lawyers and so we decided to use both to sort our mortgage/legal stuff. We would recommend Simon Battersby for Mortgage advice, he was very supportive with our ever changing situation and our million and one questions. Im sure we gave him one or two head aches. It took 12 months to sell my property but this was largely down to a restriction on the property preventing it for buy to let use. Starting off with the positives I must say thank you to Kerry and Brandon who have been great with the service and updates but on the downside the post sales team which I think is manned solely by Gracie is awful. Rarely returned voicemail messages rarely could you get through and no regular updates I don’t feel I had great service but this could be down to the fact she was just too stretched or out of her depth. Would I use them again for another sale I don’t think so.

I had my mortgage arranged through Simon and I can't recommend him highly enough. Being single and self-employed I didn't think that I would be able to find a suitable mortgage, but Simon offered loads of advice and came up with a solution that was perfect for me. The whole process was made easy and he kept me up to date throughout it which made it far less stressful than it could have been. When there were a couple of hitches he jumped straight onto them for me and resolved them far quicker than I had expected. He is thoroughly professional, very friendly, and knows his job inside out and back to front. If you need mortgage advice then Simon is definitely your man!

Contacted bairstow eves for an evaluation, to help make with the decision of whether to sell house. Kerry was lovely, professional but like a friend, no hard sell, didnt feel obligated. Jack came to see our home, he was complimentary, knowledgable, and friendly, he was covid safe, we chatted about much more than the house, and was a really pleasant person to meet. In the end i have decided to stay put for a while, i really got the feeling Jack and kerry wanted what was best for us, rather than pushing their services. Kerry called me a couple weeks later and was so kind when i explained i was staying put, we had a good chat and a giggle.
