I telephoned Bairstow Eves to seek advice for renting our property. Kylie was so knowledgable, helpful and personable I impulsively made an appointment to see her whilst on the phone. From this moment on she and Chelsea were extremely professional and efficient. We didn’t even consider going with anyone else. Our property was presented so well by them that it was let before going on the market! Any queries we had we dealt with swiftly and professionally. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them

After an awful experience with a previous lettings/ estate agents, myself and my partner were filled with dread about dealing with another agent, however Kylie, Chelsea and infact everyone at Bairstow Eves have given us nothing short of exceptional service! The lettings team, Kylie and Chelsea are always easy to contact (Kylie even gave me her personal mobile number) and deal with any query immediately. I feel completely at ease and assured that they will deal with our property and tenant as required. 5/5 star service and I would definitely recommend Bairstow Eves especially Kylie and her team to everyone and will still be talking about the exceptional service to anyone who will listen for a long time!!

They are absolutely shocking!!!!!, been without heating and running hot water for a week in a property they let, the poor owners are also shocked by there behaviour, and the agent sends an email saying " we've been informed your boiler has been repaired". Which idiot reads the emails and responds!!!!! They're a bloody nightmare. The owners of the house are worried, stressed and upset, I'm a great tenant, no problems and no issues, so barstow eves what ya playing at??????NegativeQuality

I decided at the start of 2015 to rent out my home. I decided to enquire what Bairstow could offer me. I was very nervous as this was the first time I had ever done anything like this. And the house had been my home for 18 years and I had loads of concerns and questions. I arranged an appointment and met Kylie Turu at the Cannock branch. I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge that Kylie displayed. The whole process was explained in detail and all my questions and concerns were addressed in full. I felt at ease and knew I was placing the management of my house in good hands. A tenant matching the criteria I had laid down was found immediately and viewings etc arranged. The tenant took up occupancy of my property at the end of April 2015. The whole process was so smooth and I was very pleased with the service I received from both Kylie Turu and her colleague Chelsea. Indeed it was like dealing with friends who had my best interest at heart. I would recommend using the services of Kylie and the team at Bairstow in Cannock.

Can honestly say Bairstow Eves handled letting of my property from start to finish with no hiccups at all. I had been trying to let the property with another agent for 6 months, moved it to Bairstow Eves and lo and behold they found a tenant within a week. Good tenant too. I was kept informed of all viewings, all ran smoothly. Can recommend BE, will always use them in future as I have several houses in and around Cannock. Kylie was a real godsend and look forward to dealing with BE in future.

I have to say Harry who initially approached me for a property I was letting elsewhere and kept in contact was very easy to deal with, no pressure, just kept in contact, then once I instructed Harry and then Billy got involved, both Harry and Billy where brilliant! Have rented a property through these for many years, the last couple of years the service has gone downhill. 2 young lads ( Harry and Billy) have taken over from the usual girls. It would seem that they are trying to make a name for themselves by trying to improve the rental figures. In February this year we were served with a section 21 notice to quit. This came as quite a shock as we were 2 years in to a 3 year contract. I contacted the landlord directly about this, he said that Billy had advised him to get rid of us as Billy could get him more rent from a new tenant. I wouldn’t trust these lads at all. I will be paying them a visit very shortly now I have all the evidence .NegativeQuality, Professionalism
