GoogleI have used Bairstow Eves to organise the rental of my property.I have found them to be honest and fair to their word.They promised me that they would have my house rented out within two weeks and they delivered.Their customer service after the process was also spot on with any questions answered promply by email.I would recommend you forget the rest and go for the best!

GoogleI have been very happy with the level of service I have received from Bairstow Eves especially from Chelsea and Kylie who go above and beyond what I expect from them. They were quick in finding a suitable tenant for my property and the fees are very good value for money. I have no problem with recommending this letting team.

Google"From the first contact with Bairstow Eves lettings agent in Cannock I have received excellent service. The girls are always helpful and knowledgable. They are efficient to a surprising degree. I had a tenant lined up within 24hours of contacting the office for the first time. I have recommended them to a friend and that's not something I do often"

GoogleStraight forward process when letting , hassle free process especially compared to other letting agents. Chelsea and Kylie are approachable, friendly and very helpfull. Only downside seems to be the property management company however this is a complete diffrent department

GoogleAwful. Canvassed me for business on my property and then when I gave them the details they never came back to me despite chasing on numerous occasions. Terrible...would never trust them to manage my property for rent.

GoogleKylie and Chelsea are a credit to Bairstow Eves Lettings. Very helpful and prompt at responding. They have been super at liaising with our tenants and keeping us up to speed with legislation changes for landlords.
