After losing my husband the thought of renting our property out what considerably daunting. I decided on two estate agents, one being Bairstow Eves. The first lady came round and told me all the details I needed to know, but after she had left I felt totally confused. The day after Kylie came round as soon as I met her I felt totally at ease. I explained my situation, and the fact that I had never rented a property out before. She explained everything in great detail. She left me her mobile number incase I needed her. From that point I knew that I was in safe hands. Kylie and Chelsea arranged everything for me. I definately made the right decision with Bairstow Eves, I could not fault them in anyway what so ever.

Having recently returning from overseas, the prospect of renting a property was somewhat daunting! However, after seeing a property online, Kylie responded immediately, and arranged a viewing,(in her own time). Kylie has made my transition back to the UK very easy. After looking at all the local letting agents in Cannock decided upon Bairstow Eves to let my first property out, we found them very professional and was extremely satisfied with their service they provided. They arranged all the paperwork that was required from organizing the contracts and inventories to references etc., they found us a tenant the first day the property was advertised on right move whom we have been extremely pleased with, I cannot recommend them enough for letting out a property and most of all their fees are great too, will be using again when I buy my next property.

I have used Bairstow Eves as my letting agent for the past 12 months. I chose them originally as the staff were local people who understood the local market and were able to provide a realistic valuation in terms of revenue (this was not true for some of the other agents who provided estimates). As a first time landlord I have benefited greatly from the Bairstow Eves as my agent. They have provided excellent advice whenever I have encountered problems and someone has always been available regardless of the day of the week to help. I have found the staff to be very friendly, approachable, reliable and always helpful. The Lettings department have provided advice on AST contracts, legal and mandatory issues for landlords and provided support for showing my property. I would recommend using Bairstow & Eves in Cannock as a Letting Agent, especially for those in their first lets. Rob S (Cannock).
