Great service!

Our experience with Fisks Agents have be great. They have been very helpful, transperany and patient. We had very prompt responses all throughout the course of our process. They even arranged the access to the property before exchange for us to do a small ritual on the auspicious day of Diwali. I want to call out for James Pring in particular but wherein in stepped in to expedite the completion process when there was communication gap between solicitor. Overall, we are extremely happy about the service provided to us and we will surely recommend them to our friends & family too

I am glad I cross paths with Fisks in my flat hunting activity, I was contacted initially to view a flat that was not suitable for my needs, But the day after this first attempt I was contacted directly by James Pring who offered to pick me up and visit two property in the same morning. All the negotiations were carried out professionally and in a transparent way, I was able to get answers to all my questions and James was very keen on details and to close the contract with full satisfaction of both landlord and myself. I've currently 3 flats on the isle of Dogs and had one since 1989. We have tried a number of agents over the years, many that are probably out of business a long time ago. Fisks have consistently come up as an excellent agent.. A couple of times I tried to find another agent, to effectively compare the market and on each and every attempt I've really struggled with the classic, estate agent mentality and people that really don't know their market who move on after a year or two. I've been working with James and his team for almost 10 years now and no longer bother to look around. Without question they are the best. This is a completely impartial review, I've done this off my own back, as hard work and honesty needs regarding and as a landlord I understand the difficulty in finding a good agency. This is the third time that I have asked Fisks to act as my agent for carrying out a property transaction. I have previously bought property through them and found James to be up front and honest, he doesn't play games or use estate agent selling technics to create urgency, which I have experienced with other agents. I have also sold property through James and found he will always try to achieve the best realistic sale price for you even when the property you are selling may not be the easiest for a potential purchaser to mortgage. Everyone at Fisks are happy to answer any questions you might have and keep you updated on the progress of either your sale or purchase, they are easy to talk to and you can tell they really enjoy what they do. I recently sold my latest home through them and I'm extremely happy with the price that Peter achieved for me, he carried out block viewing's which created the least disturbance and the best result's. I felt very safe with them when it came to recommendations on choosing our buyer and achieving the best sale price. I would have also used there services to by my new home but unfortunately they do not operate in the area I'm moving to. I highly recommend using them if you are looking to either sell or buy your home.

Friendly and efficient

Fisks have looked after my property for seven years. Yes of course we've had tricky moments but things have always been resolved. The nature of the business is that tenants really aren't very pleasant a lot of the time and don't treat your property as you would like it to be treated. When we have had issues, Fisks have sorted things out and I've also been on inspection visits with them. I've also never had more than a couple of weeks of unlet time in those seven years. And that is saying something!

I am very pleased with Fisks. My property requirements were very specific. I wanted a secure gated development, 24 hour security, parking bay, a west or south facing reception area with a river view and an east facing bedrooms. I had a very strict budget and Martin Boylan worked hard to find the right property. When I first registered my requirements I specifically requested contact via email or sms only. Fisks was the only agent to adhere to this request. When Martin found the right property for me I was about to travel abroad for a few days on business, Martin met me for an out of hours viewing and handled the negotiation until late into the evening to make sure I secured the property. Although I had to pay a little more than my original offer Martin handled the negotiation professionally and transparently. The rest of the process from agreeing the deal undertaking the references and collecting the keys progressed very smoothly indeed. Martin’s approach professionalism and market knowledge was excellent. When I moved into the property I was disappointed by the standard of the professional clean but Fisks arranged for professional cleaners to attend the same day. All in all a very good customer experience.
