FacebookWhen things go smoothly everyone's happy but the real test comes when dealing with problems. We have just completed the purchase of a property through CR and W which had many frustrating issues both legal and practical . The service we received throughout the process from them could not have been better. Patience and understanding of the issues was paramount - Jason and Tracy were particularly helpful when working through the problems we encountered. FacebookThe worst cottage we have ever stayed in. Mould, damp, peeling wall paper, tape repairs, thread bare carpets and dirty. After many emails to their Padstow they are now basically ignoring us after claiming all these things were just cosmetics! Disgusting property, appalling customer service. The pictures looked great, but we went to their office not 30 minutes to complain after entering the property and nothing was done. The picture did not give an accurate representation and the property has 4/5 stars rating - although we have not seen how to rate this property on any of their sites. Try searching their properties on trip advisor first. We couldn't find ours... They wouldn't even send someone out to replace a lightbulb on cellar stairs with no natural light. They will take your money and run. We are currently following this up with small claims court action and reporting some serious health and safety claims to relevant authorities. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. There are plenty of other reputable companies in Cornwall. Shop around.
I really don't know how to appreciate MRS Kirkland Tina for all she did was perplexing, I never knew you were so nice ma, I've received my profit and withdrew from my trading account to my local bank. seeing many recommendations from investors worth it because you're Awesome! I'm overjoyed this is absolutely amazing! God bless you, Ma, I must say forex trading is best.
