Jason was a god send during our sale process on our house. Unfortunately it was a very long drawn out transaction between the solicitors but Jason communicated the whole way through, keeping me up to date with what was happening and easing my mind during the stressful times! I felt Jason went above and beyond his job role to help get everything finished! Certainly saving me from getting a few more grey hairs! My wife and I previously bought through CRW and dealt with Jason 2 - 3 years ago. When it came to looking for another house, needing to upsize, we went straight back to him again. The service we have received from day one has been outstanding. He's always been prompt in getting back to us, never made us feel pressured and again made us feel valued for the second time around. We appreciate he works for the vendors, but from a buyer's perspective, it's been a very good all round experience. His communication throughout the whole process from arranging the initial viewing through to keys in hand at the very end has been brilliant. Having worked with a lot of estate agents in the past, Jason is absolutely one of the good guys and we wouldn't hesitate for a second when it comes to marketing our property with him, or purchasing any other in the future. Jason Parsons is an extremely professional estate agent . He showed us around a property and allowed us time to get a feel for the home . Following our viewing he contacted us to see if we were interested and offered a second viewing . Jason was always available on the phone and via email and responded immediately to any queries. He kept in constant contact throughout the entire purchasing process which was reassuring especially as we were moving several counties away . He was excellent at liaising with our agent and other solicitors in the chain and ensured things were being processed when necessary. Due to the property market changing within the last year it has been a long haul but with his help and patience we have just moved into our dream home in a beautiful location .
