GoogleI am extremely happy with the professional advice I got from the agent. The London councils are introducing very strict HMO rules. I was shocked to find out that even three tenants will need additional HMO licence otherwise will face huge fines. The agent helped me to get the HMO licences. It was hassle free for me. Also the agent is very good at providing a portfolio solution and very cost effective.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleTo avoid. The landlord promised to pay the bill at the beginning. One month after the tenancy, they wanted me to pay a very delayed bill. I asked them to provide the readings. They just set up a bill under my name without telling me. During the tenancy, they let the flat under 5C for 3 weeks. Really unprofessional!

GoogleVery unprofessional service by one of real estate agents. Canceled the viewing 7 minutes before our arranged meeting, when I was already at the property. Would not recommend due to a lack of professionalism.
