TrustpilotBad experience
They confirmed they arranged for a viewing at 11am and only let me know they won’t be able to make at 10 on that day, mentioning they will try to move the viewing to 13 pm but they then never came back. Totally unacceptable

TrustpilotAvoid and research the alternatives
I've had a horrible expirience with the agency. Unable to withhold an agreement, complete and utter lack of respect for the customer and incompetent.Dealing with them has cost me money, time and caused a lot of stress. Do try to avoid the agency at all cost and look in to the many alternative agencies out there.

GoogleFrom the beginning, Mark and Esteban handled selling our flat like a personal ambition. They were professional, very very helpful and wonderfully enthusiastic. They practically held our hand throughout the process and even kept checking in on us AFTER our transactions ended. And they were quick to find a buyer for us too!!!

Very poor service as someone buying a property from them. The agent, Jenna Durand, was a total joke and never got back to me when she said he would. The negotiation style, lies and unprofessionalism knew no bounds! Absolute disgrace to the industry which suffers a bad rep anyway.

GoogleI feel lucky to have had my house purchase managed by Cem at Kentish Town: he was patient, efficient, a good mediator between the parties, and made the process feel calm and stress-free. Recommended.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
