TrustpilotFIRST CLASS SERVICE
The experienced with Martyn Gerrard was first class. They did exactly what they told us they would do to guarantee a reasonable offer and more.Jatin, who was lead agent on the sale was superb in his approach and attention to the sale and in the end achieved an over asking price offer from a reliable buyer which we accepted. I would highly recommend Martyn Gerrard and would have no hesitation using them again in the future-Sam Shapiro

TrustpilotMr Oli Leader - Excellent Estate Agent
I have dealt with many agents in my quest for a property and I must say that I have never come across an agent who is as friendly, polite and extremely professional as Mr Oli Leader. I respect his honesty and integrity the most which is a rarity within sales. He surely is a credit to Martyn Gerrard and I am sure he will go very far in his career. I will definitely recommend MG to friends and family purely because of the excellent service I received from Oli.

TrustpilotWorse than other estate agents
Worse than other estate agents! - heard agent give difference prices to another potential tentant; plus he gave us a different price over the phone and then two different prices in person. None of these prices was reasonable for the property being viewed. He was also not respectful of current tenant and generally disrespectful in how he viewed his time versus ours e.g. “don’t be late, I don’t have time” and “I’ll send you the email but not today because I finish work soon”.
