She's indeed friendly and patient yet works with the utmost professionalism as expected. The property is what it is and May honestly gives me advices on all the pros and cons to consider why try her best to match me with a suitable property. Above all I really appreciate her polite reminding texts and emails, rather than some agents who are bombing me with calls everyday. I would definitely keep M&P for future transactions.
