It is hard to believe this agency can legally operate in this country. They are run like organized crime: the xenophobia, sexism and homophobia are also palpable in every interaction, yet just insidious enough for TPO to say there is no "evidence." Everything switched from regular to HELL the day the tenancy started. A series of lies, deflections and obstructions following the fact that the shower did not work for a whole month whereas fixing it had been a pre-condition for the contract to start! These people are so HORRIFIC (no exceptions either, it's as if they've all been trained by the same evil mastermind) they simply "terminate the call" when they cannot answer in a way that doesn't indict them. They fix nothing. EVER. It's been 18 months, I am on my SECOND TPO complaint. Also TPO seems to always side with big business no matter how strong your case is. So when agencies like Marsh & Parsons act evil they know there is no real system of checks and balances so they are free to always just offer excuses, lie and SCAM tenants. I've had BED BUGS and MICE and the common areas are NEVER cleaned, ever. It's a pigsty and they always claim it's beyond their responsibility. You can talk to the secretary, the manager or the CEO (I have). They're ALL jus lacking in human decency and empathy. They seem to get high off of tenant misery, it's very bizarre. STAY AWAY.

GoogleWe were very disappointed by the service and by the length of the process and would not recommend working with them. We started looking for a flat with M&P in mid August and by beginning of October there was still no sign of a good property that suited us. Although M&P called me roughly 50 times on my personal phone and showed me between 5 and 10 properties, there was always an issue either with the landlord or with the move in date or with the room sizes. Additionally they withdrew a holding deposit from my personal account without my consent and were unwilling to reimburse me after they realised we were looking to rent a property with another agency.

This estate agent is the WORST!! Stay away from them!!!!The quality of tenants they sourced were terrible. They do not care and do any personal inspections. Property management is basically sending emails from an office. They do not care about your property at all. Terrible.

Worst letting agency I have ever worked with. Took months to ever fix anything, always used contractors that would fight each other (including individual staff members) over who made what fault on what appliance years ago, always leading to us waiting with broken stuff. Terrible customer service.Avoid at all costs. Cannot more strongly advise against working with these people.
