He is prompt at replying to his emails , he is professional , polite and sorts out any issues or problems with my rented property . I do not need to worry about my tenant/ property as I know Phillip with his exceptional work ethic will look after them .

After all homes be it buying, selling or letting deals with people, dreams and hopes. We have sold and bought with Knight Frank and Kris Smith at Knight Frank was all that and more. GoogleI would like to express just how impressed I am with Knight Frank Hampstead. A lot of the time with big name agencies, the brand carries the negotiators but this is not the case with the team here. I work on behalf of Landlords in the area and the negotiators and management at KF are personable and knowledgeable and hold an extremely high level of professionalism whenever I have dealt with them over the course of the last few months. GoogleHaving sold my previous property in Hampstead very successfully through KF, I was keen to work with them again on my next move, eight years later. Despite my requiring a sale price that was above average for the location and spec of the property, Kris Smith and his Associates took on the operation enthusiastically and provided plenty of viewings leading to two excellent offers. Whilst time constraints related to my Wedding eventually led me to take the property off the market, I could not fault the dedication and professionalism of the Knight Frank team and I can wholeheartedly recommend their services.
