GoogleWe had the most wonderful experience working with KF Hampstead letting out our flat. The team worked so seamlessly and they are extremely professional and completely trustworthy, which is so precious in the real estate business. We had huge help from Mr. Steven Gilbery who would go extra miles to make sure we are very well looked after. He took time to get to know us and really listened and understood our needs. He is extremely knowledgeable and is always there to help and answer our endless questions. He is always cheerful and so much fun to work with. With his help we managed to let out our flat within a week it’s truly impressive. Couldn’t recommend more!!!

GoogleKnight Frank gave us a very enjoyable experience in finding a rental property. Steven Gilbery took time to understand our requirements and showed us some great places. He was very professional throughout our search and had great knowledge of the area. Steven did a lot of work negotiating on the first flat we agreed to rent and when this fell through, due to the landlord, found us another great flat which we are now renting. Can’t recommend Knight Frank highly enough.

It was very unprofessional of them putting up "sold" sign outside our house without asking for permission. I have specifically said at the beginning of the sale not to put up a sign. Despite asking them to remove it, I came home today, it is still there. It is very unprofessional!

Very poor. Offer accepted and then find out accidentally from an acquaintance we have been gazumped with a cash offer accepted. Had to call the agent to find out it was true. Not Impressed at all.

No Professionalism or Customer Service SkillsThe below has been from June to date.I have emailed approximately 10 times regarding issues at the property which have been ignored by the property manager and the concierge.The electrics keep blowing, the dishwasher threw out water so i turned it off and there is manky smelly water in the bottom which has been there for months, my post is not being put in my postbox. My postbox was opened and a handwritten note placed inside saying “NOTHING 4 YOU”.Shocking behaviour and no professionalism or customer service skills add to the fact disability hate crime shown by concierge.Recently the maintenance team about 5 of them were in the courtyard and two were swearing and shouting at each other and it became so heated - diabolical!
