I am the tenant of the flat and have faced multiple issues with the property during my tenancy but she has been very supportive and given us prompt response followed by timely corrections within very reasonable timeframes.

Had a couple of issues in the flat I am letting, boiler and entrance fob not working. The property manager (Daniel Lloyd) in charge has been brilliant in getting both solved very quickly. Communication from him has also been very good. Impressed by the service received.

Was renewing my contract on my current apartment in the past month and Laura Heron at Knight Frank made the communications with the landlord and the negotiation of the contract really easy. Had some very good and useful discussions with main contact who was very knowledgeable. However, there was rather less attention to detail than I expected with promises not actually fulfilled. Few viewings were achieved and we sold at a substantial discount. Mainly of course the market but ultimately we felt Knight Frank could have done more.
