Pardeep did an amazing job of keeping us informed of the rate changes and managed to arrange the best rate possible given the circumstances, even after we agreed an initial rate. Organising repairs takes too long; there have been many different agents who don’t seem to hand over well; I don’t trust the work of some of your contractors after a bad experience; sometimes a response takes too long and there seems to be no one actually managing the property.

Absolutely appalling service. Lazy to inform tenants and they had the nerve to tell me that they only work for the landlord. Excuse me you are getting money from me last time I checked. Also the landlord they are representing is a fraud ashe asked for money I don't owe him TWO months after I left the property. Unbelievable.

Difficult to review when you're the buyer - you're not really the customer and certainly not paying the bill. However, everyone else dealt with was friendly, helpful and courteous. And they definitely stayed on top of the process, ensuring everything kept ticking along and politely nudging us when we were the ones being useless!Would definitely consider them when we come to sell.
