I recently purchased a flat using the KFH West Hampstead Branch and I was extremely happy with the whole process. The team was very helpful and professional. I also would like to remark that, comparing with the rest of the local Estate Agents, KFH had by far the best properties on their portafolio. I consequently put the flat in the rental market using again KFH, this time the letting team. I was amazed that the same day I received the keys for the flat, the team had already found a tenant.
