KFH is a professional and helpful team, which did help us a lot. Especially, the director Marla (KFH branch, NW6 6NJ), she treated us genuinely warm, she even spent her own 1 pound to help us testing the signature system, really appreciate her. In addition, Ms. Alam (KFH branch, NW6 6NJ) was trying hard to assist us. What a great team! Thank you so much.

All sweet until offer had been accepted and then extremely poor support, including not passing on information on as requested to our buyer. Definitely did not feel like they were impartial and professionally supportive. Instead threatening / bullying us at times that sale might fall through if we didn't do xyz.

Our experience with FKH was fantastic from start to finish. We were appointed Lucas Matta who assisted us through every step as first time buyers. He offered great knowledge on the whole buying process and almost became a stop shop for all our queries over the 3 months period. It is a hard process buying a house but with FKH you can be assured it will be made as smooth as possible.

We have had polite and very helpful help throughout. The one problem that we have had with is that when a repair required at the flat, the contractors that are suggested quote very high prices. On two occasions we have had our own contactors who have quoted half the price for the same job!I think KFH should have the capacity to ensure more moderate contractors are on their list.

KFH Canada Water branch (Anthony and Ashley) did a great job finding a buyer in 2 days. I was in a difficult situation as my previous buyer through a different agent pulled out and that agent suggested to reduce the price. But KFH found a buyer quickly and secured an offer at the asking price. Terrific job and I would recommend them without a doubt.

KFH Holland Park (lettings) took funds without my knowledge or consent, which they were not entitled to take. They failed to respond to my complaint (complaint to Kerim Aigus, so called director and assistant Anya) - and failed to respond to my directions. They now face bing reported to Trading Standards Officers in Kensington and being sued for recovery of illegally taken funds. Clearly the director's position flatters his abilities.

I deal with them as the Managing Agent for the block in which my flat is situated. They are expensive, inefficient, little is done unless its requested, the surplus fund charge is unjustifiable, service charge much higher than others companies would charge and the credit control never respond to mail. Over the last 5 years charges have increased and the quality of service declined. Awful performance and no redeeming features

Excellent service throughout. I approached KFH for a listing I saw on Zoopla and contacted me the next day to understand my requirements and arrange a viewing. I have now had a couple of viewings vith Theo who is extremely professional: punctual, communicates clearly and comes with a handout with the details of the property we are viewing.

Hannah, the assistant branch manager, was great. She was effective, friendly and straight talking. When we were concerned about the speed of the conveyancing, she went straight to the solicitors to get things moving. She even responded to our emails in the evenings. I have been a client of KFH since 1997, for sales and lettings.Their customer service has always been of a high standard, professional, respectful and accommodating, and always reply to any queries with minimal delay.They keep us updated in a timely manner of any legislative changes that effects the letting market and are very knowledgeable. They give equal professional service and respect to our tenants.We have remained with them for this reason and recommended them to others, we are aware there maybe cheaper alternatives but wouldn’t consider changing because of their professionalism.
