Avoid West Hampstead branch. Don't seem to capable of reading a court judgement and then break the court judgement repeatedly entering your property illegally and without consent. The complaints department of KFH think that this is perfectly fine and a right task to perform and that there is nothing wrong with this action. Wow. Please do business in an ethical way and save people from pain. Disgusting.

Excellent communication from start to finish. KFH found a buyer for my flat within a week of marketing it despite it not being the best circumstances for selling. Brian moved things forward and kept it all on track so that we completed close to the original target date. Very little stress for me despite being an absent seller and dealing with the entire process remotely.

GoogleI walked into KFH after viewing a couple of flats nearby that I wasn't that excited about. I met with Océane and we spent 15 minutes discussing what I was looking for, she showed me some options they had on their books and was very receptive to what I liked and didn't like about them. About 18 hours later I had an email from her with a brand new listing that had just come on the market. It was perfect for me and within another 24 hours I had got the tenancy. Couldn't be happier with Océane and everything she did to help. She responds quickly, cares about the outcomes of her clients and worked brilliantly with me all throughout the process of securing the property. Would definitely recommend contacting KFH and specifically Océane if you're looking to rent in the area!

GoogleMy wife and I have recently started the process of buying an apartment in West Hampstead with Zoe Browne. She has been excellent and customer centric in our search for a home in West Hampstead. We are new to the process so she was able to guide us right from the start. My wife and I have found some of the good options for a flat to buy with Zoe and KFH even in a market with limited supply. She has been super supportive through the entire experience of buying a house and we hope to finalise our transaction in weeks to come. In addition, we also got the option to shop for additional services based on KFH's access to the ecosystem e.g. surveys, solicitors, mortgage advisors, house decorators, etc. This has been extremely valuable to us in the process. Hopefully we get to work with Zoe again in the future.

GoogleBuying a home these days is not as enjoyable as we initially thought ! But, with the outstanding help from the excellent team at KFH West Hampstead, the process has been far less stressful . Must specifically mention Alex Fegan, a true breath of fresh air in the house-hunting process. An agent who doesn’t just listen but really understands what we are looking for and who works exceptionally hard to that end. We are both really impressed with this young man’s communication skills and bright approach. Couldn’t recommend him & the West Hampstead team highly enough.

Our experience was extremely positive - Joe always made himself available, promptly responded to emails/calls, was willing to be flexible in his schedule with viewings, mediated well between us and the vendor, and above all else, found us a great property. Unlike many agents we came across, Joe consistently showed us properties he knew we’d be genuinely interested in. We’ll certainly reach out to KFH next time we’re considering a real estate transaction based on our experience.
