Terrible Terrible experience as a responsible Landlord.Payments are made late, they hold on to rent for 5 days once received from the Tenants before paying to the Landlord.Incompetent Lazy service with an attitude of once your signed up we don't care. A whole team of people not willing to provide any resemblance of a service on the lettings side. Over 3k charged in lettings fee whilst providing a minimal responsive efficient service.The option of providing no stars is not provided.

Service level very poor. Since we signed up with KFH in Oct 2022, we had several changes with property managers, on average every two months. Furthermore, there seems to be no proper hand over from the one to other.Worse to come, KFH lost the spare keys and is delaying the replacement by requesting that the landlord pays for the replacement of the FOB. How bad can this get!?

Helpful, attentive staff without the marketing spiel you get from some agents. They communicated well throughout. It took me 18 months and 2 collapsed chains before I finally moved with this agent so I had a lot of exposure to agents that did not handle things well/communicated poorly. They really made a difference during a stressful time and I would happily recommend these agents to others and use them again in future.

The agents at KFH were professional to deal with. My house sale through them went through pretty efficiently and they kept me in the loop all the time, acting as go between between me and the seller. They were on time for appointments but sometimes I felt a bit rushed at the property. It's a bit decision, buying a house and maybe their next appointments were a bit tight time-wise. But satisfactory and pleasant all round.
