TrustpilotExcellent experience in mortgage application
Sawan, Sharon and Ravi are knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Our case is a bit complicated and Sawan has offered many valuable advices to us. They are very helpful throughout the whole mortgage application process and have made the presumably complicated process a breeze.

Are you sure that the owner of your vehicle (GJ21 UMR) on 20/09/2024 at 09:32 in the morning has a driving license? She's a monster in traffic. You want to sell people houses and take their lives?

Misinformed about the noise in the property we moved into. Estate agent and Landlady both said how "quiet" the property was. They knew it would be a deal breaker and they kept their mouths shut at best... Watch out for these guys. Most of their positive reviews come from home owners who have sold their property through them, not renters.

GoogleI’m happy to say that I had a great real estate experience with Kelly. She handles all Matters in a professional manner and not once did I feel pressured to make a choice I wasn’t 100% for. She also allowed us to take time with our choices and provided all the local information alongside answering all of our questions. Kelly always kept us up to date with all the steps of the process and whenever we needed anything to do with the matter she would be able to provide the best of service.

KFH North Finchley team delivered end to end service . Dillion from Rentals and Stuart/Hannah helped every step of the way with sale of our beloved house. They made themselves available whenever we need them. I am greatful for their service.

TrustpilotTenancy renewal
This was a tenancy extension and it was handled efficiently though of course less work for KFH for the same fee. Might be worth considering reduced fee rate for renewals. However, we have worked with KFH for several years as landlords and have valued the professionalism and efficiency of the service we have received.

Trustpilot72 viewings shop record
72 viewings shop record. No phone call from shop manager at any point through the 12month nightmare. Continuous viewings being taken my trainee agent. 40 grand less than they told me they could sell it for. Overall absolute s**t show

GoogleKFH sales team has been amazing in achieving the sale of my property despite the uncertainties of the current market. I was highly impressed by their professionalism all the way through. Always very polite, respectful and most approachable, very easy to deal with and always on point in giving me updates and feedback. I was always at peace in the way they handled the viewings in the most respectful way, while we were still living there. I highly commend on Alex, Joe, David and Liam for their brilliant work and effort, individually and as a team. I felt all their support while dealing with one major event of my life such as the sale of a large family home. I highly recommend them, they won’t disappoint you and will exceed your expectations! Well done team West Hampstead!

TrustpilotTenants beware - very little help when things go wrong
Front office rental agents - 9/10Property management team - 1/10Renewals team - 1/10Management -1/10 Great for international landlords who want to maximise the return from tenants, but terrible for tenants who need KFH’s assistance to get anything resolved. The industry needs to be better regulated and property management teams need to understand their responsibilities and show more urgency.

TrustpilotWorld class service from Stephen
From start to finish Stephen at KFH was world class in terms of fantastic advice and striking the right balance between urgent and informative without being pushy. He has also been able to provide brilliant referrals to supporting businesses such as our solicitor which has made the whole experience much smoother. Would highly recommend. From Rory and Esther.

Trustpilot5 Stars for Acton sales team
What a great sales team at the Acton branch of KFH. I had to sell up at a tricky time - thanks for the mortgage meltdown Liz and Kwazi - and the sales guys performed with aplomb. They were upbeat, determined and full of good sense in their sales strategy. Five stars well-deserved!

The service provided by KFH is slow and there is lack of coordination between various departments. Many tasks of repair etc are expected to be organised and executed by the landlord. The tenants have also mentioned on many occasions that the KFH team responds slowly and it is difficult to contact them

TrustpilotMorgan - KFH Tooting 5/5
I have been in my new flat for a month now and could not be happier. Morgan from the Tooting branch was wonderfully helpful throughout the whole process. Very helpful and patient as we decided exactly we were looking for and picked out the perfect place after a couple of months searching.
