The team really are experts in the area, and Chloe in particular is incredibly conscientious and passionate about what she does. I have no doubts about recommending their services, and believe this really is a case of getting a premium service at great value.

GoogleThis review is my my personal experience which will hopefully help other tenants to avoid a similar situation. Throughout our tenancy our needs had been continuously neglected, any fixtures prolonged for months, at the lowest point leaving us without a fridge for 6 months (!!!!) at which point we had to raise an official compaint to the seniors of the agency. Our requests to return the deposit were ignored, forcing us to raise a dispute. In the dispute they accused us of breaking window blinds (we had been asking them to fix those blinds for months before the end of our tenancy all of which was documented), and the dishwasher (while also submitting the evidence that the dishwasher was in good condition upon our check-out). We won the dispute, because they had no grounds of keeping it, but the amount of time that had been wasted on this will not be possible to reclaim. For future tenants, make sure you document everything before moving out - ensure that any unfixed things are signed off of your liability in written form, taken photos of empty cupboards and rooms etc.

Med Moroglu and Spencer Stylianou were always professional in their behaviour, clear in their communication, efficient and effective in their work and very friendly at the same time. They quickly understood exactly what I was looking for and managed to deliver exceeding my expectations. I would definitely recommend both of them and the agency they work for.

Terrible service over many years. I let out two properties through them - one of them was recently up for renewal so I’ve gone elsewhere. The service has been bad for years. For the last 12 months my tenants only contact me as they’ve given up hearing back from the KFH team in a reasonable time. This is despite me paying for the management service. They’ve still managed to mess up the end of this particular tenancy by asking the utility companies to close the accounts. This is despite the accounts being in my name and do not need closing. They made the same mistake a year ago and it took weeks to sort (with little to no assistance from them).

We bought a house with KFH as the sellers agents. Communication initially was good, but when it came to the viewing, Finan rushed us, as he had other viewings. We had about 15 minutes to view a million pound 4-bedroom house. We made an offer and wanted a second viewing to confirm we were happy.At this point we were ready to make the largest transaction of our lives and Finan again rushed us through the viewing. Not to mention that he didn't know where the keys to the windows or back garden were, nor could he answer some of our simple questions about how the common area was managed.We ended up going with the sale anyway and solicitors were involved. Regardless of that, a few weeks in KFH chase us for a completion date, trying to bypass any solicitors involved.Overall I would have been happy if the viewings weren't rushed, they knew more about the property and they knew where all the keys were.

Unorganised, slow, inefficient. The worst management company.We are residents of Baronet House, NW10 7GP. Their communication and management skills are very poor. They take ages to resolve simple issues, don't provide updates in a timely manner, don't answer emails and calls, and their attitude is underwhelming. The lack of updates and how long KFH takes to answer our queries (when KFH bother to reply) massively frustrates us all.They cannot be trusted to do a decent job. Avoid at all costs.
