On the whole, KFH have been efficient and professional throughout. A couple of staff we felt could have been far more empathetic and helpful explaining timelines, processes and giving more info rather than clipped/brief responses to our queries. However, mostly it's been a good experience with special mention to Daniel from Tooting branch and Iryna on the mortgage side standing out as really helpful and personable.

KFH Crouch End recently dealt with a probate sale for us. Barrington and his team of David, Harry and Finn did a thoroughly excellent job. This could have been a challenging sale for us but their professionalism, market expertise and flexibility ensured that all went well.I would highly recommend their services and would have absolutely no hesitation in choosing them in the future.

It was the second time that I let my property with KFH. This time I was abroad and it proved a long process, as I had to vet potential tenants with very little information. There were many viewings and many offers, unfortunately many offers were unsuitable to me. KFH persevered, but I could sense that they were getting impatient with my rejections. However, delighted that they and I held on, as I now have the very kind of tenants that I was looking for, and who are indeed very happy with the property. I just wish that the referencing was more personal. Jack & Alex from the Kingston Branch were really good at communicating.
