Trying to talk to someone is just ridiculous. No one can do anything and always passes to another person which leads to waiting for a callback that never happens. I called 8 times yesterday hit voicemail each time, was only calling as again the call I was promised didn’t happen.Very happy to be changing to working with another estate agent.

My original contract was with Thurman & Rye and was acquisitioned by Hunters part way through, but the staff remained the same. They had two flats to sell, so I offered them 3% if they sold both flats within the standard contract period as an incentive to market the properties. They didn’t market or sell a single flat. They just sat there and hoped for RightMove to create the footfall.Worse still was the brochuring of the properties, they couldn’t spell, got the wrong specs and they couldn’t draw the floor plans properly. Loads of promises and assurances from the start etc, but proved to be a load of hot air and horse.

GoogleUtter disgrace as an organisation. It is a shambles how they even operate. Back office systems and payment processes are beyond poor. Almost 2 years since having a contract with them we are receiving requests for payments for rent in the thousands. You cannot speak to anyone and no one calls you back. If you do happen to get someone on the phone they have so much attitude and are so rude, I would never rent my property through them EVER. They are also in breach of GDPR as they are contacting us unsolicited via email.

DO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENT. On the 18.10.2018 I was appointed to see an apartment at 41 Mill West, Sowerby Bridge, HX6 3JH. (I hope the landlord is reading this)We agreed a time of 16:45 but due to traffic my sat nav advised I would be eleven minutes late. I called the office at 16:25 and after a few minutes of waiting for somebody to answer the telephone I was greeted. I advised the lady I was running late by eleven minutes and was told the agent showing me around cannot wait for me because she finishes at 5pm. I asked why would it be booked with only 15 minutes to spare for viewing and the reply I received from a manager at hunters was “you only get five minutes to view the property. The manager I had the displeasure of conversing with was named Nicola Thompson. She is rude, cocky and full of self importance with no regard for customer service or a potential tennents interest or the landlord of the property who contributes to her salary. I feel I had a lucky escape. I hope her superiors read this as well as the landlord who owns the property I was going to view. She needs to enroll in a customer service role and soon, personally I’d fire her but unfortunately this is what happens when you allow the inexperienced and possibly inadequate into a junior management role. I will post on every review site I can because of this women’s attitude with the hope her bosses react and teach her how to behave towards potential and existing customers.

I can't tell you about my experience with a recent let as the only way I could get our deposit back was to agree not to complain about any aspect of the tenancy or the process of charges negotiation. I can tell you to be very careful about using this letting agent. They issue a notice to quit towards the end of each assured short hold tenancy rather than let the tenancy run-on so that they can raise the rent, knowing you are in situ and charge new fees for the tenancy agreement. Scrutinise your inventory and the check-out report in detail. Do not suggest you have any cause for complaint.

We had so many issues in our rented property and they never came and sorted them due to this we moved out. We had left our house in a very clean state and only the problems we had when we moved in had been left they tried to take our full bond off us and more. They are horrific and I wouldn’t recommend using them and I certainly won’t be ever again.

GoogleI had a very pleasant experience working with the West Hampstead Hunters office when searching for a flat in 2014. I was new in London and the agent walked me through all the potential areas I could live in and the pros and cons. I was also lucky enough to get a good deal on my flat at the end with the help of the agent negotiating on my behalf. I highly recommend this agency if you are new to London or are looking to move areas/flats. You will receive high quality and a friendly service which will make the experience a lot more enjoyable.

GoogleGiven the experience I've had of some agents in London I really don't have high hopes of any agency I haven't used before. I was therefore delighted when we chanced across Hunters, as their prompt and polite responses to my questions put them easily in the upper echelon of letting agents I've ever used; I actually quite enjoyed working with them! Highly professional outfit, and would definitely recommend to anyone looking around the West Hampstead area. I was asked to write this review by Hunters but didn't receive anything for doing so - I just wanted to thank them for a job well done

GoogleJaison and Gideon and the Hunters team were excellent, we had a few challenges along the way with "Brexit" and buyers changing their mind late in the process but they remained very patient with me through the entire process right through to exchange and completion - thank you guys! Would highly recommend the team at Hunters - I used them to buy my flat and to sell it and they have been fantastic on both sides of the sale process.

GoogleVery unprofessional: first not very friendly on the phone while booking the appointment, I asked to get a confirmation by sms on the day but they said it wasn't necessary, the appointment was confirmed .. finally, they didn't show up and when I called they apologised telling me that the owner withdrew the property from the market a couple of hours before and the agent FORGOT to let me know ... for an emergency or something similar I would have understood but forgetting to tell a client that an appointment is cancelled is unbelievable and unforgivable. Not a way to do business.

I made enquiries about a house for sale in grimsby , and received a basic could not care less email , it did not answer my question, and hastened to add they have no properties in the price range ,I WONDER WHY????very poor customer service , never again with grimsby branch . They could not even find time to put my name on emails. Thats twice in 6 months they have failed .

GoogleWe have had a most positive experience with Devan at Hunters West Hampstead. He was always available, willing to show us the property again at short notice, and always at the end of a call with the information we needed. His pleasant manner and dedication to the customer made it a pleasure to deal with him. Chelsea promptly provided all the documentation we needed and was similarly more than willing to provide any information we wanted.

GoogleShambles. Turned up to the property and couldn’t get in. Had no keys and faffed about for 15 minutes. Finally got entry into the flat, and was taken to the wrong one in the building. Garden flat that we required had already been rented and tried to show us another in the building. Then disputed that this was the one we asked to view! Go elsewhere!
