Excellent after service

We have been renting through Dexters and have found the whole experience to be a really positive one. Sometimes agencies can be great for the initial deal and drop off, but we have had the opposite experience. We have been really impressed by the management service provided by Dexters. In particular, property manager Khalisha has been exceptional; really going above and beyond to be as helpful as possible. 5 stars!

Posted a review about this company but it was not accepted and so, I shall post the same review again. Absolutely awful experience and unfortunate that one star is the lowest star that you can give. First photographer used by Dexters was an absolute amateur - slow to issue photographs to be agreed which were all subsequently binned.Floorplan incorrect also. Second photographer was better but then waited ages for the photographs to come through. Spent yesterday all day agreeing photographs to be used and those to be rejected, hard copy brochure to be agreed with Dexters to launch online also.Dexters then just totally ignored with a fifth of the agreed photographs missing online and a third of those photographs rejected included online.Floorplan also incorrect still. Rang the office three times but no one answered the phones in the branch dealing with our sale. Slow service and extremely unprofessional. Never known such a poor Estate Agents. Truly truly dreadful

I used Dexters as managing agents for 10 years. I have always found them to be highly professional and reliable. Munir in particular has assisted me on 2 occasions when financial pressures have caused huge stress. On both occasions, he has gone over and above the “extra mile” in order to find a satisfactory solution. I have found this branch extremely helpful, I have been dealt with a member of the team called Ashanti. Ashanti has done everything in his power to help me find my dream home and has updated me on properties that meet my requirements every couple of days when he gets new ones come into his branch. I was looking for a 1 bedroom flat for myself and my boyfriend. It was absolute hell as we couldn't find anything that was acceptable and the agencies we were with kept sending us properties that didn't match our criteria. That lasted 3 weeks. We found one property online that we visited, this time with Dexters. Reggie, the agent that we were dealing with was very nice and even though we didn't go for that flat, he offered to show us another one. Not only did it meet our criteria, but we fell in love with it very quickly. Reggie was incredibly helpful with the paperwork, made everything very clear. Would definitely recommend this branch! Always ask for Reggie!

Excellent agents, with many great properties throughout the West Hampstead area. Special mention to out agent Joseph Sloan who was the best agent I've worked with. Aside from being professional and efficient at his job he went over and above what I would have expected to help us. This included working after hours and at weekends, getting us in early to properties to view and advocating for us to property owners. Myself and my wife had a very specific list of requirements for a place which made it a little bit more challenging but Joseph was always very motivated and confident that he could help us. In the end he found us a fantastic place in a great location that checked all our boxes. Joseph was a real pleasure to work with and could not recommend his services higher.
