Amazing and very professional service from Charlie H. Had a difficult repair to be done due to difficulties in a roof access and the expensive quote initially given. Charlie was very professional in communicating between me and the landlord, always keep me updated even if I didn’t chase and always push to get the job done with a very clear and effective communications.

We’ve now settled in and Dominic Glover has been very helpful in resolving all the issues faced when first moving in. Dominic is extremely proactive and a great problem solver. I am very happy with the property management service provided by Dexter and I would like to give a special shout out to the Senior Property Manager, Petros Giorganios. There was an appliance broken in my apartment and needed repair service. Throughout the process, Petros followed up my case closely, give me clear instructions and options on what I could do/choose to get repair done. He would give me phone calls to clarify and explain the situation, like how I should arrange parking space in my property estate and make sure I got it right. During the phone call, he is very polite and explain things to me patiently.

My self and my husband had made the decision to value our property by 3/4 local estate agents. By far Dexter’s was the best so professional and I knew at that stage I wanted to instruct with them. George at the Hendon branch and Isabell were the two individuals we had the pleasure of dealing with. As much as I didn’t enjoy the process of selling and buying they could not have done any more to be supportive and professional. It’s a very emotional process and takes time and patience but like I said they were very professional, kind, patient and always there for a chat. Well done Dexters. I had raised few issues with my rental flat, Carl Tettey was extremely helpful and followed up with me on a weekly basis and provided update and assured me all issues will be resolved. He was very caring and he does actually care about the tenants. Carl is easy and friendly and he is quick to respond and easy to talk you. We have been with Dextors for a few years since they took over Douglas Martin's and to be honest, initially it was very difficult as there didn't appear to be clear lines of communication, with various names being involved.However more recently, Monika has been front and centre for all of our enquiries, complaints and coounication in general and things have improved greatly.I look forward to hopefully giving 5 stars this time next year.

First of all I have no previous experience to compare with but I as per my opinion Dexters really tries to provide good service. There are minuses and pluses, but in general I have a good opinion about this company.I was checking in my apartment but it was not clean at all. Dexters could manage cleaning service of the carpets on the 24 of Dec right before Christmas.But after check in I have been receiving a good assistance from Property Management as well as Maintenance teams.Many thanks to Jada Palmer for her willingness to help, address the issues and quick communication with the owner of apartment.

Dexter's have patience, perseverance, andPanache. I found interacting with them very easy and they were clear and helpful all the time. Tyanna is fantastic! I have worked with Donalina Gargrupe, who has been an excellent property manager. I really like the fact that she has always consulted me quickly about any problems that arise in a calm and professional manner, as well as making sure I get reasonably priced quotes for work that needs doing. I have appreciated her advice and feel she has helped me to be a good landlord. I have not always had the communication I want from property managers in the past and wish there were more like Donalina!

It all comes down to the individual agent you have as your contact, and I count myself very lucky to have Fahima as my contact. I have been with Dexters for many years and have had good experience over the years, but I find that Fahima is outstanding. My wife and I met her at the apartment and found her charming. She has also dealt very proficiently with a contractor who did a very poor job and who were uncooperative in returning to remedy the problem (and who in my opinion Dexters should never use). Eventually I gave up with them, and Fahima found a very satisfactory alternative who was new to Dexters. In my opinion she is a great advertisement for Dexters.

GoogleWe've had a wonderful experience with Dexters Highgate in thanks to Angelika. She's been fabulous to work with; friendly, informative and responsive. We were looking in the market for a while with no luck and within 2 days of working with her, she recommended a flat, showed it to us, submitted our (approved!) offer and followed up with all necessary next steps/paperwork. Can't recommend Dexters or Angelika enough!
