Excellent after service

We have been renting through Dexters and have found the whole experience to be a really positive one. Sometimes agencies can be great for the initial deal and drop off, but we have had the opposite experience. We have been really impressed by the management service provided by Dexters. In particular, property manager Khalisha has been exceptional; really going above and beyond to be as helpful as possible. 5 stars!

Craig Mervish was like a breath of fresh air. We all know that looking for a flat to rent is stressful at best, but having someone as professional, calm, responsive and courteous as Craig was a Godsend. He never put pressure on us, was upfront and clear, played his role as a go-between when it came time to negotiate with the landlords in a transparent and helpful way, and even after the contract was signed still went above and beyond to help iron out any last remaining logistical wrinkles. He and his colleague Jay made an excellent team, and even when Craig was on holiday everything carried on smoothly. I would definitely turn first to Dexter's again should we ever move out of our new gorgeous flat.

Very impressed with Dexters - I am a landlord and my one bed flat was empty for 2 months; I was registered with another agency and for some reason we really struggled to let out the flat. Dexters found me tenants within 24 hours (without even putting it online), and in particular Jay at Dexters has been very impressive in terms of his proactivity in moving things forward at pace and keeping me informed of developments. Since then, I've been quite satisfied with the level of service I receive from Dexters - anything that needs fixing they are on the case, keeping me informed. Would highly recommend.

Posted a review about this company but it was not accepted and so, I shall post the same review again. Absolutely awful experience and unfortunate that one star is the lowest star that you can give. First photographer used by Dexters was an absolute amateur - slow to issue photographs to be agreed which were all subsequently binned.Floorplan incorrect also. Second photographer was better but then waited ages for the photographs to come through. Spent yesterday all day agreeing photographs to be used and those to be rejected, hard copy brochure to be agreed with Dexters to launch online also.Dexters then just totally ignored with a fifth of the agreed photographs missing online and a third of those photographs rejected included online.Floorplan also incorrect still. Rang the office three times but no one answered the phones in the branch dealing with our sale. Slow service and extremely unprofessional. Never known such a poor Estate Agents. Truly truly dreadful

I used Dexters as managing agents for 10 years. I have always found them to be highly professional and reliable. Munir in particular has assisted me on 2 occasions when financial pressures have caused huge stress. On both occasions, he has gone over and above the “extra mile” in order to find a satisfactory solution.
