George Calderara was really helpful in helping me find a great property and with the initial steps to get a deal over the line. He was always easy to reach when needed and very professional. My only criticism (not so much of George but how things are done generally at Dexters) is that I was somewhat misled as I was told the process of buying the property would take 8 weeks (to get in before the end of the Stamp Duty holiday), which turned out to be completely unrealistic and in fact took around 5 months.PositiveResponsiveness

Mohamed carried himself as a true professional and gentlemen whilst assisting my search. So far our experience of renting through Dexters has been straightforward and relatively easy. Zendeca from the Battersea branch went above and beyond to get us a viewing of our perfect property, despite it being her day off and viewings having already been completed. She worked hard to get to know us so we could make the best offer to the landlords, and was responsive and kept us updated throughout the whole process. Zendeca was also understanding of our requirements and requests, and arranged some flexibility for us where possible. We love our flat and we're very grateful to Zendeca and the Dexters Battersea team for making it possible.

We recently moved into our new rental house with help from Ashley at Dexters Battersea. Ashley has been super helpful throughout the whole rental process. I’ve had a great customer experience with Manuela Pelissa from the Property Management team who handled a maintenance issue with one of the appliances in a property I'm renting and managed to solve it in a timely manner. Manuela was super responsive and helpful to coordinate with the different teams within Dexters (maintenance team), the engineer, and the landlady, and completed the purchase of a new appliance. A friend has been waiting three weeks for central heating to be restored. His wife is nursing a four month old in a freezing flat. There is mould growing in the flat and the baby has developed a cough. Subcontractors and Dexters are unable to establish a timeframe to get adequate heating working again. Snow is forecast…..

Worst estate agency

Worst estate agency, was a nightmare living in 121A Darwin Road. No sound proof, creaky floors, history of neighbours fighting bcoz of it. Being let out inspite of all this. Property Manager never replies back to emails. No action taken even after 9 months. Boiler was broken from almost a month and lived without heating or hot water. Finally gave up and moved out. Not a word of apology from them, they are chasing now regarding contract.
