Jay has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. We had to find a place to live in a really short space of time and he was really accommodating in terms of when we could view the place - he even came to show us it for the 2nd time on a Saturday. We recently purchased an apartment in Belsize Park and received fantastic service from the Dexters team in Hampstead. We registered with a number of local estate agents and the agent that stood out was Chris Cooper from Dexters. He was knowledgeable, professional, understood our requirements and showed us the best selection of property. Once we agreed the purchase Chris was always available to help and provide advice. Whenever we called the office the rest of the Dexters team were just as helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Could not recommend this firm any higher. Epic service from start to finish! Let down by poor communication within the company

Unfortunately we were let down by this letting agent yesterday. We had a 6pm viewing for a house in Hayes, I drove 1h in rush hour traffic to visit the property and on arriving I was met by the agent who informed me that the locks had been changed that day and his key did not work, so we could not access the property.He was very apologetic and I understand he was also frustrated as he himself had spent 45 minutes travelling to the property.He did offer to rearrange a viewing but I was so disappointed in the lack of organisation (how can it be that locks are changed and the letting agent/property managers are not informed?) and frustrated at the waste of my time and petrol (2 hours round trip) that I will not be using this company going forwards.I would have left 1 star but the letting agent was truly apologetic and did remain professional in the situation.
