Generally service is pretty reasonable, however I am continually frustrated that Chestertons still don't make a note on their records to copy myself and my father into all communications, whichever new staff members are either emailing me or my father separately, surely this is not too much to ask

Terrible. I cannot emphasise enough how dismissive Chesterston has been toward our moving process. They don't reply to our multiple emails and when they do, the answers are inconclusive and no actions are taken toward our requests. Although it says in our contract the deposit reimbursement would occur in 10 days after moving out, it has been four months without getting our money back. DO NOT RENT/BUY PROPERTY WITH THEM.

I recently rented a property through Andrew Zohraphos. He was a pleasure to deal with and went the extra mile to ensure everything went smoothly. We were moving internationally and Andrew’s attention to detail and understanding of what was important and what we needed was exceptional. He kept us up to date through the whole process and made the transition very easily. I can’t recommend Andrew enough as his level of professionalism is hard to find

The team at Chestertons, Pimlico, helped me to terminate a contract with a tenant, sort out the mess they'd left, and then find another tenant. Alina Alexa and James Hall were especially helpful; James addressed all my questions with patience and understanding and Alina helped me follow through some tricky negotiations. They remained positive and welcoming throughout the process.
