I found the team at Chestertons in South Ken to be very efficient, friendly and genuinely nice to deal with. The manager Cory McNally was super helpful in resolving a number of queries I had regarding the tenancy agreement and I would highly recommend using this company. Thanks so much guys. Awful company - took my deposit to reserve a flat and wouldn’t return it. Don’t trust them at all. In the process of claiming through courts.

TrustpilotLetting managers lied and wasted time
Letting managers lied to both my tenant and me about details of the contract and dates. When I complained they said that it was ok as they had not wasted my money, only my time. I've tried to contact their head office 5 times to speak about this but nobody replied to calls, emails or the online chat.

Did not show up or answer calls at the time of scheduled appointment after having confirmed multiple times prior by email and phone.Edit - subsequently called 1 hour after missing the scheduled appointment to apologize and offer an explanation - which is better than no response at all.
